Oster Services begins $3.1 million adaptive reuse project at St. James School and Rectory

LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- When it comes to development in Lakewood, adaptive reuse is the name of the game.

This includes the current $3.1 million project at the former St. James School and Rectory, built in 1923 and 1954, respectively. The buildings have been vacant for 16 years. Oster Services will not only be turning the Detroit Avenue campus into office space, but relocating its Lakewood offices to the first floor.
